Good app that is much better than the previous version. However, this newest version will only run on phones with android 8 and above. Several people I know with older phones suddenly discovered that the previous version would no longer work, and they could not upgrade to the new version. These people are basically shut out unless they purchase a newer phone. Should at least make the previous version available for older phones.

I wanted this app to replace the WYFF app because of the poor reporting and editing but I can't take this app anymore. I want local news, weather and follow up articles to answer questions that weren't known when the original article was written. You get very little information in the articles and as a FOX affiliate it is disgusting that you use CNN for your non-local news. Guess I will try WSPA and see what their app offers.

the pop up adds at the opening are totally ridiculous. I hate having to wait for an add to play wanting you to download another app. If this continues every time I open the app to read the news I am going to uninstall the app and find another.
