Disappointing. This is my initial opinion. As a beginner to Yoga Nidra there are no introduction meditations to ease me in. There are no varieties of times, just the half a dozen pre-set meditations. After using Medito, a free app with countless options, paying for this feels a bit of a rip off. I hope my impression changes, but at the moment I feel like uninstalling and using one of the numerous free alternatives out there.

So sorry the app isn't living up to your expectations. Our iam being app has more for beginners. This app is a one time payment of $3.99 for 7 yoga nidra experiences. Of course you are welcome to uninstall, but now they are yours to keep. You can also use them with or without wifi - like on airplanes. I hope your experience improves with time!

Finally I found yoga nidra practices that work! Worth the money. I couldn't find good ones on Spotify & on YouTube you get ads if you don't have a membership. The narrator has a nice voice. There are 7 exercises: like one for sleeping and another for relaxation/restoration during the day. I like that she often uses exercises with contraction and relaxation of the muscles. I found it via Andrew Huberman's show notes.

Love it, use it all the time and paid to get the upgrade and have 6-7 in total now and alternate between them, great app for yoga nidra if you want a selection of audios to listen to done professionally. Update - I've been using this app for close to a year now and have rarely missed a day. If I wake up during the night I use the deep sleep meditation and my Fitbit shows I'm in a deeper sleep than when I went to sleep. Love this app and practice!
