I need to use my AT&T to see how much data I have left. It takes you there from your text notification but once you tap anything you cannot go back, and you are transferred to some other area and the only way you get back to your dashboard is to go back to the text notification and open another browser tab when it should have been one back button tap.

This app is HORRIBLE, you can never get anything done on ,it I can never pay my bill which is all I'm trying to do,it says I have the wrong password, I change my password and it still won't let me sign in, at one time it gave the option to pay as a guest I don't see that option anymore, you people need to realize some of your customers are older and we should not have to jump through hoops just to pay a bill, you really need to work on being better this is utterly ridiculous

Most times good if you're only paying your bill. The app is not good if you have any other issues. I have tried several times to change my contact email and I'm still receiving emails to the old email. Hate to call and sit on hold to talk to someone you can't understand. 🤷‍♀️ I have repeatedly tried to change my email but when I click on manage account it takes me to DirectTV. We haven't had DirectTV for 2 years. I guess I'm going to have to get on the phone again. 😖
